§ 1412 - Charter effective
§ 5-1412. Charter effective
This act shall take effect when adopted by the majority vote of the legal voters of the city of Montpelier present and voting at an annual or special meeting of said city duly warned for that purpose, and upon legislative approval in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont.
