§ 1864 - Rates
§ 1864. Rates
The rates charged shall be within the discretion of the legislative body, and need not be uniform in all sections of the municipality, but regard shall be had for the congestion of the different areas. Provided, further, that when adequate facilities have been provided for the accommodation of traffic, the rates shall be so adjusted as to provide for the maintenance of the services only.
