§ 722. Operation of dental office or business
A person may not operate or conduct a dental office or business under any name other than the name of the dentist or dentists actually owning the practice or a corporate name of such dentist or dentists. The surviving spouse, executor, or administrator of the estate of a registered dentist, or the spouse, of an incapacitated registered dentist, may employ a registered dentist of this state to terminate the practice within a reasonable length of time. Every dentist when he begins practice, either by himself or as an assistant shall forthwith notify the secretary of the board of his office address, and every registered and licensed dentist, dental assistant and dental hygienist shall keep his license and certificate of registration displayed in such manner as to be easily seen and read.
