§ 801. Qualifications for license
Any person who has attained the age of majority, who is a graduate of a dental college accredited by the commission on dental accreditation of the American Dental Association, upon the payment of the required application fee and an examination fee, may apply to be examined. If found qualified, such person shall be licensed to practice dentistry, dental surgery, and medical dentistry, and shall receive a license signed by the members of the board.
