§ 1253 - Examinations
§ 1253. Examinations
An applicant for a funeral director's or embalmer's license shall be examined by the board. The examinations shall be in writing and upon forms approved by the board containing questions on subjects as the board by rule may require to determine the qualifications of the applicant.
