§ 405 - Vendor to record his title on request
§ 405. Vendor to record his title on request
When a person sells and conveys lands, or an estate or interest therein, he shall cause his title deed to be recorded in the proper office within six months after request made in writing by a subsequent purchaser of the same lands or an estate or interest therein.
