§ 1162 - Distribution to town and city clerks
§ 1162. Distribution to town and city clerks
The state librarian shall cause the books, pamphlets and documents that cannot be otherwise distributed more advantageously for the state, to be sent to the several town clerks. Each town clerk shall deliver the books, pamphlets or documents to the persons residing in their towns entitled to receive them. (Amended 1969, No. 226 (Adj. Sess.), § 14, eff. March 31, 1970.)
