§ 103. Transmission to secretary of state; record; effect
The articles of incorporation, the certificate of the public service board, and the organization fee shall be transmitted to the secretary of state. When such articles are recorded, such certificate shall be recorded therewith. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 39(b), eff. March 1, 1961; 1995, No. 99 (Adj. Sess.), § 3.)
