§ 122 - -Headstones or monuments erected
§ 122. -Headstones or monuments erected
The selectmen or board of cemetery commissioners shall cause existing headstones or monuments to be removed and re-erected to the memory of the deceased. Permanent markers shall be provided to designate the place or re-interment of those not so marked previously.
