§ 125 - Powers; annual report
§ 125. Powers; annual report
A public service corporation shall have the privilege and be subject to the provisions of the general corporation law, and also to the provisions of chapter 5 of this title, except as such provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter. Such corporations shall not be required to make any annual report, except as provided in said chapter 5 of this title. (Amended 1985, No. 224 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
