§ 6005. Financing of the authority; obligations

(a) The authority may issue notes, bonds, revenue bonds, bond anticipation notes, pledge its equity and use any other financial vehicle available to a municipal corporation.

(b) The issuance of obligations by the authority shall be in accordance with the provisions of sections 5031 through 5041 of chapter 84 of this title to the extent that those provisions of chapter 84 are not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
