§ 1012. Public service board

The annual salary of the chairperson of the public service board shall be the same as fixed for each superior court judge. The annual salary of each of the other members of the public service board, each of whom shall serve on a part-time basis, shall be equal to two-thirds of that of the chairperson. The annual salary of the clerk of such board shall be fixed by the board with the approval of the governor. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 39, eff. March 1, 1961; 1967, No. 206, eff.
