§ 6070 - Disallowed claims
§ 6070. Disallowed claims
A claim shall be disallowed if the claimant received title to his or her homestead primarily for the purpose of receiving benefits under this chapter. (Added 1997, No. 60, § 51, eff. Jan. 1, 1998.)
