§ 1474. Taxable costs in district courts

There shall be allowed to the party recovering in a district court the fees provided by section 1432 of this title, including officer's and witnesses' fees, if paid by him or her, and also the following fees. For attendance, $0.50; for actual travel in the state, $0.06 a mile one way; to the plaintiff for the writ, if he or she recovers, $1.00. (Amended 1965, No. 194, § 10, eff.
