§ 7510 - Legal assistance
§ 7510. Legal assistance
A contract for ombudsman services shall ensure legal representation and advice to the state ombudsman and regional ombudsmen operating pursuant to the contract. However, if the state ombudsman or regional ombudsmen are state employees the office of the attorney general shall provide legal representation and advice to the state ombudsman and the regional ombudsmen.
