1-308 - Boundary with Maryland.

§ 1-308. Boundary with Maryland.

The Black-Jenkins Award, which established the boundary line between theCommonwealth and Maryland and was ratified on March 14, 1878, by an act ofthe General Assembly shall be and remain obligatory on this Commonwealth andthe citizens thereof, and shall be forever observed and kept by theCommonwealth and all of its citizens according to the true intent and meaningof the same, and to that end the faith of the Commonwealth stands pledged.
