§ 10.1-1187.5. Reporting.

A. Participants shall submit annual reports in a format and scheduleprescribed by the Director, including information on environmentalperformance relevant to the program.

B. The Department shall submit a report to the Governor and to the members ofthe House Committee on Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources and themembers of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and NaturalResources by December 1 of every even-numbered year, with the last report dueon December 1, 2010. The report shall include the information from theparticipants' reports as well as information on the incentives that have beenprovided and the innovations that have been developed by the agency andparticipants.
