§ 10.1-1197.1. Definitions.

As used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning:

"Fund" means the Small Business Environmental Compliance Assistance Fund.

"Small business" means a business located in Virginia that (i) employs 100or fewer people and (ii) is a small business concern as defined in thefederal Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. § 631 et seq.) as amended.

"Voluntary pollution prevention measures" means operational or equipmentchanges that meet the definition of pollution prevention contained in §10.1-1425.10 and are not otherwise required by law.
