§ 10.1-1197.11. Information to be furnished to Department.

Except as otherwise specified in this article, the Department may requireevery owner or operator of a small renewable energy project to furnish whenrequested such plans, specifications, and other pertinent information as maybe necessary to determine the compliance status of the project and the effectof the project on human health or the environment.
