§ 10.1-1145. Failure to properly maintain logging equipment and railroadlocomotives.

Logging equipment and railroad locomotives operated in, through, or nearforestland, brushland or fields containing dry grass or other inflammablematerial shall be equipped with appliances and maintained to prevent, as faras may be possible, the escape of fire and sparks from the smokestacks. Anyperson failing to comply with these requirements shall be guilty of a Class 4misdemeanor for each offense committed.
