§ 10.1-1167. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of amisdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined thirty dollars for each seedtree cut from the land in violation of this article. The total amount of finefor any one acre shall not exceed $240.
