§ 10.1-1174. Reforestation of Timberlands Fund.

All moneys paid to or collected by the State Forester for rental equipment,tree seedlings, seed and material furnished, and specialized personnelservices rendered to a landowner and all moneys collected or received fromsettlement of liens, including principal, interest and fines, authorizedunder this article shall be paid into the state treasury. All such moneysshall be credited by the State Comptroller as special revenues to theReforestation of Timberlands Fund of the Department of Forestry to beexpended solely for reforesting privately owned timberlands of theCommonwealth as provided in this article.
