§ 10.1-1181.5. Judicial review.

Any person aggrieved by a final order or decision under this article shall beentitled to judicial review thereof in accordance with the AdministrativeProcess Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.). The commencement of a proceeding forjudicial review under this section shall not, unless specifically ordered bythe court, operate as a stay of the order or decision of the State Forester.
