§ 10.1-1181.6. Enforcement by injunction.

Any owner or operator violating or failing, neglecting or refusing to obeyany special order issued by the State Forester may be compelled in aproceeding instituted in any appropriate circuit court by the State Foresterto obey same and to comply therewith by injunction, mandamus or otherappropriate remedy, without the necessity of showing that an adequate remedyat law does not exist.
