§ 10.1-1303. Chairman of the Board; Executive Director; cooperation of stateagencies.

The Board shall elect its own chairman. The Governor shall appoint anExecutive Director who shall serve as executive officer of the Board, butshall not serve as a member thereof. The Board may call upon any statedepartment or agency for technical assistance. All departments and agenciesof the Commonwealth shall, upon request, assist the Board in the performanceof its duties.
