§ 10.1-1304. Meetings of Board; quorum.

The Board shall meet at least four times a year. Special meetings may be heldat any time or place to be determined by the Board upon the call of thechairman or upon written request of any two members. All members shall benotified of the time and place of any meeting at least five days in advanceof the meeting. A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute aquorum for the transaction of business.
