§ 10.1-1310. Decision of Board pursuant to hearing.

Any decision by the Board rendered pursuant to hearings under § 10.1-1309shall be reduced to writing and shall contain the explicit findings of factand conclusions of law upon which the Board's decision is based. Certifiedcopies of the written decision shall be delivered or mailed by certified mailto the parties affected by it. Failure to comply with the provisions of thissection shall render such decision invalid.
