§ 10.1-1410.1. Sanitary landfill final closure plans; notificationrequirements.

When any owner or operator of a sanitary landfill submits by certified mail afinal closure plan in accordance with the requirements of this chapter andthe regulations adopted thereunder, the Department shall within ninety daysof its receipt of such plan, notify by certified mail the owner or operatorof the Department's decision to approve or disapprove the final closure plan.The ninety-day period shall begin on the day the Department receives the planby certified mail.
