§ 10.1-1421. Responsibility for removal of litter from receptacles.

The responsibility for the removal of litter from litter receptacles placedat parks, beaches, campgrounds, trailer parks, and other public places shallremain upon those state and local agencies now performing litter removalservices. The removal of litter from litter receptacles placed on privateproperty used by the public shall remain the duty of the owner or operator ofsuch private property.
