§ 10.1-1422.04. Local litter prevention and recycling grants; eligibility andfunding process.

The Director shall award local litter prevention and recycling grants tolocalities that apply for such grants and meet the eligibility requirementsestablished in the Department's Guidelines for Litter Prevention andRecycling Grants (DEQ-LPR-2) which were in effect on January 1, 1995, and asmay be amended by the Advisory Board after notice and opportunity to be heardby persons interested in grants awarded pursuant to this section. Grantsawarded by the Director shall total the amount of Litter Control andRecycling Funds available annually as provided in subdivision B 1 of §10.1-1422.01.
