§ 10.1-1422.2. Recycling residues; testing.
The Department shall develop and implement a plan for the testing ofrecycling residues generated in the Commonwealth to determine whether theyare nonhazardous. The costs of conducting such tests shall be borne by theperson wishing to dispose of such residues.
