§ 10.1-1424.1. Material containing fully halogenated chloro-fluorocarbonsprohibited; penalty.

A. On and after January 1, 1992, it shall be unlawful for any distributor ormanufacturer knowingly to sell or offer for sale, for purposes of resale, anypackaging materials that contain fully halogenated chloro-fluorocarbons as ablowing or expansion agent.

B. Any person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this sectionshall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
