§ 10.1-1425.25. Promulgation of regulations.

The Board may promulgate regulations if regulations are necessary toimplement and manage the provisions of this article. The Director isauthorized to name qualified persons to an advisory panel of affectedinterests and the public to assist the Department in implementing theprovisions of this article.
