§ 10.1-1425.9. Duties of the Department of Education.

With the assistance of the Department of Waste Management, the Department ofEducation shall develop by July 1, 1992, guidelines for public schoolsregarding (i) the use of recycled materials, (ii) the collection ofrecyclable materials, and (iii) the reduction of solid waste generated insuch school's offices, classrooms and cafeterias.
