§ 10.1-1448. Technical Assistance Fund.

A special fund, to be known as the Technical Assistance Fund, is created inthe Office of the State Treasurer. The Fund shall consist of appropriationsmade to the Fund by the General Assembly. The Board shall make moneys fromthe Fund available to any host community for the purposes set out insubsection C of § 10.1-1438.
