§ 10.1-1449. Siting Dedicated Revenue Fund.

There is hereby established in the state treasury a special dedicated revenuefund to be designated as the "Siting Dedicated Revenue Fund," which shallconsist of fees and other payments made by applicants to process applicationsfor site certification as provided in § 10.1-1434, and other moneysappropriated thereto, gifts, grants, and the interest accruing thereon.
