10.1-1622 - Recordation of conveyances of real estate to Authority.
§ 10.1-1622. Recordation of conveyances of real estate to Authority.
No deed purporting to convey real estate to the Authority shall be recordedunless accepted by a person authorized to act on behalf of the Authority,which acceptance shall appear on the face of the deed.
