§ 10.1-200.2. Littering in state parks; civil penalty.

No person shall improperly dispose of litter, as defined in § 10.1-1414,within a Virginia state park. In addition to any penalties that may beassessed under § 10.1-104 or § 33.1-346, any person in violation of thissection may be assessed a civil penalty not to exceed $250. All civilpenalties imposed under this section shall be deposited in the ConservationResources Fund.
