§ 10.1-202.1. Golden Passport established; free entry into state parks.

The Department of Conservation and Recreation shall establish a GoldenPassport card that authorizes persons receiving social security disabilitypayments to enter Virginia's state parks without having to pay an admittanceor parking fee. Persons seeking such a card shall, upon the presentation ofproof of receiving such disability payments, be issued a card by the Divisionof State Parks. The card shall remain valid during the time a person isreceiving such payments.
