§ 10.1-2002. Board of trustees; appointment of members.

The Museum shall be governed by a board of trustees consisting of twenty-fivemembers appointed by the Governor. Two of the members appointed to the Boardshall be members of the Virginia Academy of Science. The appointments shallbe subject to confirmation by the General Assembly if in session and, if not,then at its next succeeding session. The Board of Trustees shall be referredto as the "Board."
