§ 10.1-2008. Quorum of Board.

A simple majority of the members of the Board then serving shall constitute aquorum. In absence of a quorum, and provided that the chairman orvice-chairman and at least two other members of the Board are present, ameeting may proceed to receive information, but not take any action upon,items listed on the meeting agenda distributed in advance to the fullmembership.
