§ 10.1-2122. Additional powers and duties of the Director.
In furtherance of the purposes of this article, the Director is authorized toutilize the Fund for the purpose of providing Water Quality ImprovementGrants as prescribed in Article 4 (§ 10.1-2128 et seq.) of this chapter.
