§ 10.1-2501. Administration of the Fund.

All moneys received by the State Treasurer for the civil penalties and civilcharges referred to in § 10.1-2500, and all reimbursements received under §10.1-2502 shall be and hereby are credited to the Fund. Interest earned onthe Fund shall be credited to the Fund. The Fund shall be established on thebooks of the State Comptroller. Any moneys remaining in the Fund at the endof the biennium shall not revert to the general fund but shall remain in theFund.
