§ 10.1-418.5. South Mayo River State Scenic River.

The South Mayo River in Henry County from the Patrick County line to theNorth Carolina line, a distance of approximately 6.9 miles, is herebydesignated a component of the Virginia Scenic Rivers System. Nothing in thissection shall preclude the Commonwealth or a local governing body fromconstructing, reconstructing, or performing necessary maintenance on any roador bridge.
