§ 10.1-510. Petition approved; Board to give notice of hearing.

If the Board approves the petition, within sixty days after suchdetermination, the Board shall provide due notice of the approval in anewspaper of general circulation in each county or city involved. The noticeshall include notice of a hearing upon the question of the desirability andnecessity, in the interest of the public health, safety, and welfare, of theaction proposed by the petition upon (i) the question of the appropriateboundaries to be assigned to such district, (ii) the propriety of thepetition and other proceedings taken under this chapter, and (iii) allquestions relevant to such inquiries.
