§ 10.1-511. Adjournment of hearing when additional territory appearsdesirable.

If it appears upon the hearing that it may be desirable to include within theproposed district territory outside of the area within which due notice ofthe hearing has been given, the hearing shall be adjourned and due notice ofa further hearing shall be given throughout the entire area considered forinclusion in the district.
