§ 10.1-544. Making material and equipment available.

Districts are authorized to make available, on terms they prescribe, to landoccupiers within the district, agricultural and engineering machinery andequipment, fertilizer, seeds and seedlings and other material or equipmentthat will assist land occupiers to conserve soil resources, to prevent andcontrol soil erosion and to prevent floods or to carry out the agriculturaland nonagricultural phases of the conservation, development, utilization, anddisposal of water.
