§ 10.1-552. Renting machinery and equipment.

Districts are authorized to rent the machinery and other equipment madeavailable to them by the Department to governing bodies and, individuals, orgroups of individuals to be used by them for the purpose of soil and waterconservation upon such terms as the district directors deem proper.
