§ 10.1-570. Authorization for more stringent regulations.

A district or locality is authorized to adopt more stringent soil erosion andsediment control regulations than those necessary to ensure compliance withthe Board's regulations. However, this section shall not be construed toauthorize any district or locality to impose any more stringent regulationsfor plan approval or permit issuance than those specified in §§ 10.1-563 and10.1-565.
