§ 10.1-603.12:5. Testing validity of regulations; judicial review.

A. The validity of any regulation adopted by the Board pursuant to thisarticle may be determined through judicial review in accordance with theprovisions of the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.).

B. An appeal may be taken from the decision of the court to the Court ofAppeals as provided by law.
